The first week of September it was announced that Andre Agassi and Stefanie Graf would develop what is being called a luxury mountain project. The luxury resort will be called Fairmont Tamarack and will be a part of the Tamarack resort, which is located in beautiful Donnelly, Idaho. The couple will be opening the resort through their company Agassi Graf Development LLC, which is based in Miami. This is exciting news as the Tamarack resort is considered one of the nation’s newest and best resorts for all seasons. While their company will be overseeing the project the famous couple will be helping with the development. It’s been said the couple will help with design, lifestyle, and will work with the developmental teams in the area.
Agassi and Graf are said to have chosen the area to build because of the exquisite skiing opportunities as well as the ability to take part in just about any type of outdoor activity that people might be interested in. This area just lends itself to spending time outdoors and the couple saw the possibilities for this to become a beautiful recreational area for all seasons. Skiing in the area is already very well known as it has been recognized for the world class skiing opportunities. Those that are just learning to ski or those that have been skiing for years will find that the area is a lot of fun. Now you can choose to live in the area, or at least own a vacation ski home.
Fairmont Tamarack will include 285 units including hotel, condo, and penthouse selections—the ultimate ski homes for everyone. The units will likely have scenic views of the mountains, a championship golf course, or Lake Cascade. The area will be known as Belvedere Ridge. It will offer a private club for residents with a spa, 50 private residences, as well as premium ski in and ski out access! Residents will also enjoy personal concierge services, a private restaurant, and a beautiful outdoor deck. The view from the deck will provide members with breathtaking mountain and lake views during the summer, fall, winter, and spring.
The area is just starting be to developed, but taking a trip to the area even now will allow anyone to see the possibilities for a really beautiful place to live or visit. Fairmont Tamarack is taking reservations now, though sales aren’t expected to start until the first quarter of next year.
